Payments:

I accept PayPal, check, or cash on pickup. If payment is not made with in 72 hours after purchase, the order will be canceled. Pickups:

I have a lot of local customers! Once your order is completed, I will contact you regarding pickup. I ask that you make arrangements to be here within one week of your ord

er being ready. There will be no exceptions. Please do not contact me a few minutes before you arrive. Arrangements must be made in a reasonable time in advance so I can have your order ready. I also deliver items weekly (Thursdays) so if you are local and I can stop by, I will. Shipping:

I ship via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery time takes 3-5 business days once I mail your order. My current turn around time for orders is 2-3 weeks. All items are shipped with a tracking number to ensure that as much information as possible is available to buyers while their order is in transit. Please note, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or undelivered packages. If you want to purchase insurance, you may do so by contacting me prior to ordering. All lost, stolen, or returned packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Need something ASAP? I offer priority mail for an extra charge. Please message me when placing your order so this can be discussed. Refunds and Exchanges:

I take pride in every single product I make. Once you receive your order, please let me know if everything is perfect. If there are any issues or problems with your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving it, so that we can resolve any issues. I will do my best to correct the issue. I am happy to offer refunds or exchanges should they be necessary. This may come in the form of money back or a credit, depending on the circumstances. Additional Policies and FAQs:

Please bear in mind that headbands and hair accessories should only be worn by small children while under direct adult supervision. Headbands and hair accessories may pose a choking or strangulation hazard if used improperly or without adult supervision. This shop assumes no liability for any injury resulting in the misuse of any of the items sold or offered in this shop. Please, supervise at ALL times. Due to the handmade nature, items may vary a bit from the picture. I work hard to bring you the best quality work and truly want your piece to be perfect!
