☀️ Memorial Day Weekend catch up with you? ​If you or the kids brought home a little more than just good memories this weekend, don't panic. Mother Nature has the ultimate after sun relief team ready to go.

​My absolute go to for sun drenched skin is Lavender! It is incredibly soothing, calms redness, and helps your skin bounce back fast. ​Want an instant cooling effect? Add a drop of Peppermint to take the heat right out of the skin. ❄️

​✨ DIY After-Sun Soothing Spray:
• ​2 oz glass spray bottle
• ​10 drops Lavender
• ​2 drops Peppermint
• ​Top with pure Aloe Vera juice (or distilled water) and a splash of Fractionated Coconut Oil.

​Shake well and mist gently over your skin for instant, icy relief!
