Learning to adapt is a very necessary skill. Today as you tackle your goals, I want you to examine your routine. How can you make something that drives you up the wall, a little easier?

For me it will updating my morning routine. I’m going to make sure I knock out essential task first so my day flows a little better.

Okay so on Sunday afternoons I like to set my mind on an intention or thought for the week.
