We are saddened by the loss of Donald Wells, who was a vital and loved member of the and communities. He was tireless in keeping our neighborhoods clean and safe. More importantly, the manager knew him as “uncle” and we knew him as someone who loved her and looked out for her. We take solace in seeing so many people come to honor him at his memorial and our prayers are with him and family.
