Most days we're heads down designing, sourcing leather, working with factories, answering emails, and packing orders. A lot of the work happens behind the scenes, so it's easy to lose sight of the people on the other end.

That's why weekends like this one are some of our favorites.

Getting to step away from the computer, meet so many of you in person, share what we've been working on, hear your feedback, and simply talk boots reminds us what this is all about. Building a brand is rewarding, but building a community around it is even better.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the pop-up this weekend. We loved seeing familiar faces, meeting new friends, and sharing the latest projects with you. We can't wait to do it again.

Black Iowa Bison, from our good friends at Law Tanning — thick, textured, and naturally durable, growing more distinct with wear.

Foundry Tan Reverse Chamois, produced in partnership with Horween — warm hues and deep texture with an English tan base.

Available now for pre-release. Shipping by September 18th.

Chamois leather has always done things a little differently. Rather than chasing a perfectly uniform appearance, it's built to embrace wear. Scuffs brush out, the nap evolves, and every mile adds another layer of character. It's the kind of leather that looks more at home after a year than it does on day one.

The annual Caswell Pop-up Shop is tomorrow beginning at 12:00 PM

We'll have upcoming Fall releases, never-before-seen samples, and a selection of past collection pieces available to see in person. It's also a chance to compare leathers, try on different lasts and sizes, and see what's coming before it officially launches.

If you're in the area, stop by and say hello. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and meeting a few new ones.

Our Tärnsjö Grain GMTO remains open for just a few more days. Built around one of Sweden's most respected vegetable tanneries, this is a leather that rewards wear, developing depth and character with every season.

The Stanton will return as part of our second release of the year.

One of the biggest changes is the move from the original faux moc toe to a true handsewn moc toe. The moc toe has earned its place as one of the most enduring boot patterns because it feels just as natural with worn-in denim as it does with more refined everyday wear. It's a design that has never been confined to one style.

We're also introducing a new leather color developed with Horween: Foundry Tan Reverse Chamois

We began with an English Tan base and worked with Horween to modify the tone into our vision for the leather. Reverse Chamois is known for its dense, oil-rich character, soft nap, and exceptional durability. Rather than showing every mark, it develops a rich, lived-in patina as the fibers compress and the oils continue to migrate with wear.

Combined with a fully handmade build, the new Stanton is our most refined interpretation of the pattern to date.
