7 years ago I started my business and I’m so happy that I did. It has been the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

Investing in my creativity. Providing a solution for bad hair days. Giving people the gift of beauty. Teaching the TWIST TIE TUCK method. Supporting other small businesses. Getting Celebrity features. Having my head wraps for sale in the African-American museum in DC. Vending at countless pop-up shops. Partnering with other businesses. Being in a magazine. And selling out so many times I can’t count.

Thank you to everyone who I met along the way. I’m so happy to say I made my last sale today and donated the rest of my inventory to .

Writing this has given me an overwhelming sense of joy and gratitude.

Storytime below! But if you don’t want to read it our last SALE ever is BOGO and all headwraps must go. Use ALIGN888 at checkout.

As I start closing down TWICE as we known it so far, I find myself reminiscing on everything it took to start this up. And mostly I feel compelled to share my reflections.

This picture is from my first pop up with . Babeeeee ill never forget that I was was sick as a dog. My stomach was so messed up!!! And I rarely get sick.

I remember thinking, “Maybe I just won’t go…there will be others…” BUT I had worked so hard to get to this one moment. I decided to fight through the pain and it never let up.

That was until I sat in my car. As soon as my butt hit the car seat the pain left me… immediately. It was so bizarre!!! Now that I know more I suspect it was anxiety and my nervous system doing everything in its power to keep me safe (aka small).

I’ll never forget counting all those $20 dollar bills. In total I made $800 dollars. I will never forget it that moment. I had never made so much money EVER. On top of that I’d never seen any of my own ideas through in this way.

has been the best adventure I’ve ever given myself. I know I’m made of great ideas, beauty, and loads of creativity.

Do I belong to me? Are my thoughts truly my own? Who has my heart, mind, body? Who has my soul? Whose life am I living? What is my life worth?

lit the candle of truth months ago by asking “What about your personal power?” Today. I have put the candle in my lantern so I may get a clear view of the road ahead.

God did not call me to bo***ge (disempowered) but to be free (empowered).

My anxiety about the depths of who I am is shifting to excitement. The fear is shifting to love.

I’m feeling capable of being divine, like God intended to be.

Calling all queens, goddesses, mothers, sisters, aunties, cousins, and good girlfriends to the front of the line.

It’s time to clean house 🧹. It’s time to make way for new blooms 🌱 to blossom 🌷.
