It was the cuttingly true statement that made me realize I had become the epitome of the entitled/
directionless generation that I thought did not include me. I started and stopped many projects along the way, trying to figure out what to do with my life. But it wasn't until I was trying to impress a girl with an idea for making our own homemade belt buckles that I found something that kept my attention. I was tireless when working on my belt buckles and designs. I worked harder than I've ever worked, asked questions of anyone with any knowledge, refined what I learned. It was an insatiable thirst. I've been doing this since 2004, and it has become so much larger than just me. Now, the Jon Wye brand is more of a family, comprised of amazing artists and designers from around the world, and all made in Washington, DC. Keep supporting and who knows where it will go next.
