THIS IS IT! I can hardly believe this is our final weekend for the Big Lake Farmer's Market and our little Farmstand! And it's going to be the best day! We have SO MUCH going on at the farm today (Saturday) from noon - 6.
Just a quick point of clarification, Even if you don't have tickets to the Alaska Apple Festival (sold out), we've got tons for you to see and do! No entrance fee, just come hungry and ready to check things out!
New this week at the farmstand:
APPLE C***R ICE CREAM FLOATS! - we tried these things for the first time this week and I can't even believe how amazing they are. Oh mercy! SOOO yummy!
HOT SPICED C***R! We aren't making a ton just because we aren't sure how much we will sell - first come, first served.

FRESH RAW APPLE C***R made right on the farm - this isn't old, watered down juice

APPLES BY THE 20 # BOX - all organic, regenerative, and apeel free.
Then there are the food vendors! Boy oh boy are they serving up the goods today! (PS - yes, they ran out of food early last week but they are STOCKED UP this week!)

Kanika Kay will have macarons and will be talking about milk shares. The French Macaron Princess has done it again and she’s going out with a bang! 💥💥💥💥 This week’s flavors are Vanilla, Chocolate, Snickerdoodle and 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 Crème Brûlée
Mama’s sweet and sour dough microbakery will have sourdough breads and goodies
Midnight Sun Mercantile will have locally foraged tea blends and botanical salves and soaps all featuring provisions from the land. AND they made a special soap just for our event! Be sure to grab your limited edition bar of Arctic Apple Soap!
Bountiful Blessings Homestead will have homemade cleaners to keep your house healthy and clean, naturally
Dar's Jars spent the week jarring up some good stuff for you plus will feature her popular tried-and-true favorites
