I stopped by the other half of Roseabella today—ready for the next business to make it home💜
This is my favorite side of the Roseabella space. The side where I dreamed big, and went for it.
We were quickly outgrowing our original space, and when AT&T moved out, I walked out of my office one day & said, “We’re tearing down this wall and expanding!”
Gosh, what a blessing this was. This expansion opened a million opportunities for Roseabella. A front area with SO much storage in the back: offices, rooms for inventory, a full kitchenette, and another bathroom.
I look at the Brittany in 2020 who was full of life and excitement for the future. Chasing the next big thing. Always striving for bigger & maximizing potential. She didn’t know it, but in 5 years, she would burn out. She would pour her heart into her community, into her staff, into her customers, and into her business, but she would lose her own sense of self.
Now I look at the woman sitting here today, and I’m so proud of her. For putting herself first. For realizing that life isn’t about “the chase.” It’s about slowing down, soaking in the small (but mighty) moments, & spending time with those you love.
I chose me. And while it still hurts to walk into an empty space where love once lived, I know this space will be a blessing to another business very, very soon💜
