It's been a while friends.

Wow! It's been too damn long since I have talked to you all, I'm sorry for being so quiet! You all know my story pretty well so I think it's about time I let you know what I've been up to. This spring I had some more heart excitement (I got shocked at home by my internal defribulator) so I decided to take some time to take care of me and put everything else to the side for a bit.
As you can see I've been working hard in my garden, keeping up with the boys and their activities and slowing down myself. I am feeling better every day!

I hope you all are enjoying summer and family, possibly new adventures and crossing off things on your bucket list? There's no time like now to enjoy your life to the fullest!
