Happy Earth Day!! Did you know Alpacas are good for the Earth?
1. They have soft padded feet that helps to not trample plants or compact the Earth.
2. They nibble the tips of grass leaving the roots intact.
3. Alpaca fleece does not have lanolin, so it requires less processing and no chemicals.
4. Their fleece is 100% biodegradable and renewable. It decomposes naturally in compost and is re- grown every year
5. Their p**p is super rich in nitrogen and potassium and is considered a "cold" fertilizer. So you can put it right on your plants without burning them.
6. Their fleece is warm, and durable and takes the place of synthetic fibers that pollute the planet.
