Writing this brings me to tears for many reasons both sad and happy. I want to take the time to be transparent and fully admit how mentally and emotionally difficult this entire transition has been for me, walking into a space you built from the ground up with your partner, literally painting walls and dropping flooring just the two of you together and continuing to run a business you built together that you watched her care about so passionately is very heavy on my heart now that they are no longer here. I always knew I would keep the business going because it is her legacy and something we both cared so much about what I was not prepared for was how much strain it would put on me now doing it all myself on top of the toll it would take on me mentally and emotionally. That being said with how hard things have been it has definitely taken a little more time than I would’ve like to get old orders out, however I have slowly but surely been getting them out and the last of them will be out next week so if I haven’t reached out to arrange pick up I will be doing so very soon. I am happy to say WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING NEW ORDERS AGAIN! 💙🧡 however things will be moving a little differently being that on top of the shop I have other jobs everything right now will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY until I have a set schedule then new business hours will be posted, however I will do my best to make it as convenient as I can for everyone! I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for their compassion, understanding and patience! I just ask for your continued patience I am still adjusting and just one person but be on the look out for giveaways WE ARE BACK!!! Hello Finessed By Hef family,
First and foremost I want to express my extreme gratitude and thank everyone for being so patient with me during this very difficult time. After taking some time off as of last week I am back in the shop and doing a soft opening, meaning that I will NOT be accepting new orders just yet but will be working on existing orders and doing pick ups based off of appointments only. Please keep in mind that I did take some time off so I will need time to finish existing orders but I will be reaching out to update everyone I just ask for your continued patients. We are aiming to be fully open again as of next month and will be back in full effect as soon as possible! I want to thank everyone again for your understanding and please ask you continue to respect my privacy and I will be getting everything done as soon as possible and as always we appreciate you! The shop will remain open however we will be CLOSED until further notice due to these unforeseen circumstances. That means there will be NO pick ups as of now, For customers who have orders at the shop I will be reaching out to discuss your orders and pick up once business resumes but NOT at this time. I ask you be patient with me and please be respectful during this very hard time! We are a small black owned business and we care for our customers but I am one person and I need time. It breaks my heart posting this, but for those of you who may not have heard this past weekend we lost the most amazing soul ever my wife the owner of Finessed By Hef. This is NOT the end and we WILL be remaining open and her memory will forever live on through the business she created! however we will be closed until further notice and all updates will be posted from the business page so please bare with me and please be patient and respectful thank you.

Im good at what i do yes but i dont work literal magic 🪄 every pair is different and results depend on a few factors

1. What the stain is
2. How long the stain sat
3. What material the stain is on
4. How old the shoe is
5. The quality of the material of the shoes
6. The durability of the shoes

Everything is not always fixable shoes dont always come back 100% especially when you let them sit stained for months/years most of ya dont know what the stain is but want me to know how to get it out i can definitely do my best to make them look better but let’s have realistic expectations i dont have a time machine 😂💯

I always get asked can people just buy the sneakers off me instead of entering the raffles so should i start just having people pay me for the cleaning and they can take the shoes or keep giving them away for free ?
