BE SURE TO INQUIRE ON HOW OUR SHIRTS RUN, different styles run differently & we cannot know how you like your fit. Once a custom shirt has been completed, it's yours. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY CUSTOM ORDERS OR PRODUCTS, unless damaged. Any damaged items must be returned for a replacement or refund. Allow 2-3 weeks on all custom orders. There may be times our turn around is more or less than the typical. EFFECTIVE BEGINNING 4-3-2013. We will now be charging a RUSH FEE on any orders that you need before our expected date of delivery. Also, our new RETURN POLICY is that there are NO returns on custom orders. Once we start an order, there are no refunds. On items that are not personalized in any way, we will exchange/refund within a 10 day period. There will be a 10% restocking fee. Thank you for understanding! We will not hold any completed orders beyond 90 days. If an order is left for 90 days, it will be put up for sale and there will be no refund given.
