Director of Operations
Salary: $55,000–$60,000
Performance Bonus Opportunity: Additional $10,000+ annually
Target Total Compensation: $65,000–$70,000+ per year
Assistant to Owner
Approximately 25 hours per week
Flexible schedule
Starting at $20 per hour
This is a true personal assistant role supporting the owner of Paisley in both business and household responsibilities. Responsibilities may include project coordination, errands, returns, appointment assistance, event support, shopping, pickups, organization, administrative tasks, and helping keep daily life running smoothly.
Interviews will be scheduled Monday–Wednesday next week.
