A Quick Update from Us

Sometimes we get a little quiet—and that’s because we’re a small business wearing a lot of hats behind the scenes.

Last night, while testing a new hoop setup on our embroidery machine, we experienced an equipment accident that has unfortunately put our main embroidery machine out of service for the time being.

We are doing everything we can to keep orders moving with our smaller machine where possible, but some embroidery projects may experience delays while we get our machine repaired.

Our goal is to get the machine to a technician this weekend and, hopefully, have it back sometime next week.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we work through this unexpected setback. Small business ownership definitely keeps us on our toes, but we’ll be back up and running as soon as possible!
