This year, my once a year Thanksgiving pie, is making history. Thanks to Ms. B, of Blue Willow fame, she has determined that I have made a double crust apple galette! A new category for all you bakers. The double crust (dc) galette features the famous galette crust—RUSTIC, INDIVIDUALISTIC and anything but ARTISTIC! Wishing everyone a very Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving.
