We just wanted to make a quick thank you post to those who have been in here in the last year and a half. The friendly faces you've come to know and love have left Claire's. Today is the last day for our ASM/SM Rachel and she is the last one of the crew that's been around since last year.

The store will still be around, being taken care of by other girls from other stores around Wisconsin. They are all trained ear piercing professionals and we trust they will take care of you all like we have.

Thank you all for letting us be part of your lifetime memories of Claire's. We cannot thank you enough for the support and love we have received with doing ear piercings, providing excellent customer service and throwing the best birthday parties!

If you see any of us around town and you recognize us from either piercing your ears or just because we helped you at the store, please come say hi!! We will miss you all so much and we would love to say hi again ❤️

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
-Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales
-Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets
-In the absence of any other management they may open and close the store and are responsible at that point for ensuring that the store trades safely and legally
-Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
-Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
-Demonstrating Claire's products
-Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
-Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
-Ear piercing (you will receive full training)
-Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers

About You
-Must be at least 18 years or older
-Some high school required
-Minimum 1 year retail experience
-Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
-Basic computer skills
-Understands the importance of Customer Service
-Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills
-Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
-Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
-Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
-Ability to operate POS system

Final update for today: Discovered a lift pump failed and they're bringing someone out tomorrow at 10am with jitters so fingers crossed we can reopen tomorrow!

Update:
We are closed for the remainder of the day.
We are not the only ones in the mall having sewer problems, Qdoba and Dunn Brothers are also closed due to the same problem.
Hopefully we get this resolved later today when a plumber comes in!
I will continue to update as I get more information!

Update:
Pizza Hut, Sally's and GNC are all having the same plumbing issues. It might be a bigger problem than what we initially thought so we might be closed for the rest of the day.
I will keep updating as soon as we know more information!
