If you don’t know Lily, I know asking you to care about her is a big ask.
But if you’ve ever believed that a small act of kindness can change someone’s life, I’m asking you to read this.
Lily went from feeling healthy and well to receiving the devastating news that she has advanced cancer that has spread throughout her body. Everything changed overnight. In a matter of days, her world became doctors, treatments, decisions, and an overwhelming amount of uncertainty.
Right now, the last thing we want Lily to have to worry about is how she’s going to pay the bills.
She should be able to put every ounce of her energy into treatment, healing, and simply getting through this.
Lily is one of those rare people who gives everything she has to everyone around her. She has the kindest, most generous heart, and she has shown up for so many people…. including our brand, where she has modeled for us multiple times over the years.
I know things are expensive. I know everyone is stretched thin. And I know it’s a lot to ask you to donate to someone you’ve never met.
So I’m not asking you to do something enormous.
I’m asking you to consider giving up one coffee or one meal this week and giving that $5 to Lily instead.
If everyone who sees this post gave just $5, we could reach her goal and give Lily something priceless right now: a year with less financial stress, so she can focus on fighting this and healing.
Five dollars may feel small. But when a lot of people choose to give a little, it becomes something extraordinary.
