This is the link to my Amazon wish list for my sewing needs. I will be adding to it as time goes on and I think of the other things that I have lost. Please don’t feel pressured to buy from new from Amazon (I have always had success finding things at thrift stores and estate sales and garage sales.)

A few nights ago I lost my building in which I had been working for the last decade of my life. To say that I’m sad, discouraged and depressed is an understatement. BUT I’m also very grateful and mindful of my blessings. My home was not destroyed. My children, pets, and extended family/friends are ALL safe, whole and in tact! Now, all that being said I am going to be needing a FEW items for my sewing business and a lot of physical help and building materials to rebuild and move on. I’m not sure how exactly I will be able to get another building but I believe that it will come together somehow. I have been fortunate enough to have been gifted with several sewing machines. I will be making one of those my “daily use” machine. I will be working on a couple of the older machines to be used for heavier projects such as leather and vinyl pieces. But briefly I will definitely be in need of: sewing machine needles (all sizes) I prefer the singer brand but I am not opposed to using any of the other brands. Also spool threads (all colors) I tend to use mostly the generic weight (also known as all purpose thread).
Bobbins (I’m not sure at the moment if I have more use for the class 15 or the 66) I’ll have to look at my machines and figure it out. I’m also thinking about doing a “registry” on Amazon or Walmart or maybe even Jo-Ann’s fabrics online. But at the moment I am without internet at home and it’s difficult to find good enough service to be productive with anything online. I’m also busy literally sifting through the ashes of my old life and trying to make room for the new stuff. 😂 So, again, I’m grateful for the support and encouragement from all of you. I love each and every one of you and hope that you all have a great Thanksgiving! I’ll be posting more as I get more done on the cleanup and therefore more organized in my thoughts!
