Incoming negative reviews 🤣 from at least 4 friends and family members! Again we want to share what we deal with on a daily basis! Then potential customers ask why our reviews aren’t perfect 🤷‍♂️. Let me explain… Karen’s like this run to leave reviews while normal people simply get their stuff and enjoy their life. Only a small percentage actually go out of their way to leave positive reviews. If you’re going to come at us with threats because your order didn’t ship immediately this is what happens. We cancel it!!! I answer thousands or order inquiries every day from people who are polite and even angry. There’s no need to pull out the Better Business Bureau card because your order didn’t ship within a day and a half. Merry Christmas to all!!!!

Tis the season to be jolly!!! Once a year around this time we like to post a few emails and messages from our countless satisfied customers. This also helps offset the handful of negative reviews that are detrimental to our business. Unfortunately It’s human nature for someone to want to tell the entire world if they have a negative experience while telling nobody if they received their items as described. That’s the case here… we get nice emails thanking us but rarely do our customers seek out a platform for reviews… if we do happen to p**s someone off…. Well then they, along with their entire family pile on and leave multiple reviews in an attempt at revenge. It could be something as ridiculous as this one customer who ordered Jose Canseco and Mark McGwire jerseys with the intention of wearing them as a Halloween costume. Well, unfortunately his jersey arrived November 1st and he freaked out!!! There’s 5 negative reviews all from him and his friend. Just wanted to publish these so you can see we have a 99.5 satisfaction rate. Happy holidays from the entire Classic Authentics team!

Ok so we just discovered a review platform called Reddit. There’s a handful of reviews which are all very negative. One of our customers left the review shown below and it’s not shown publicly. We are trying to see why only negative reviews are shown and nothing positive? There are other customers who also swear they left nice reviews. If you purchase a jersey from us and are completely satisfied… we would appreciate a nice review to offset some of this crap. Unfortunately it’s human nature for people to leave bad reviews than anything positive. After all if you order something and you receive exactly what you ordered. What’s to talk about right?

So today we had the unfortunate experience of another “bad customer” who had unrealistic expectations of a priority mail shipment arriving in 2 days. Pennsylvania to California. Well of course we cancelled his order and had to intercept the package after he threatened to call his cc company for a refund after seeing his ETA on his tracking as a day later than he expected. After some bad words exchanged he leaves a negative review on Reddit. I didn’t even know there was a platform for disgruntled customers to leave reviews. After seeing these reviews I realize most are not even from our company. They are from a company in China with the word Classic in their name. There are a few reviews meant for us as well. This post is to clarify a few things…. The first… most of these reviews are not meant for us but a China based company. Second… 99.999 % of our customers do not leave any reviews whatsoever after receiving the product as described. Why would they? They do however send nice emails thanking us which I will share a few to try and offset any negative reviews from people who didn’t even purchase product. The review platforms are only used for unsatisfied customers or people who we cancelled their order. The only motive is to try to hurt our business. For those potential customers I hope this helps balance things out a bit.

Tis the season for difficult customers like this! Why not ask if it’s possible before ordering instead of demanding!!! If you’re anything like this please please just check with us if we can meet your deadline before ordering. We took care of this guy but we can’t have everyone this demanding

It’s that time of year where we start getting crushed with orders…. Thousands of orders that we fill immediately! We do our best to get our serious customers merchandise in their hands for the holidays. Then we get several customers like Alan Cole who thinks it’s perfectly fine to order stuff and just say Mehhh I’m gonna send an email and say cancel order. Not taking into consideration he’s wasting our precious time! I’m going to the bathroom answering emails and this guy’s ordering s**t and then trying to cancel. We do not have any customer interaction with 99.9% of our customers. The order is placed and shipped. = happiness! End of story. When we do have customer interaction it’s usually because someone ordered something and didn’t take the time to read the listing where it says the item has to be special ordered or customized. Then after a week the email is…. “ can I have a status on my order”’ As soon as we get these emails we just shake our heads… We already know when we point out the listing they say “well I will need to cancel this”… how are we supposed to be nice to these now non customers? They order jerseys with their own last name on the back in some cases. Then they want to stick us with the item after it’s already in the manufacturing process. Please if you’re anything like these people please just order elsewhere. Thank you
