You’re not anxious because you’re weak.
You’re anxious because you’ve been trying to carry what was never yours to hold.
The job. The relationship. The future. The pressure to have it all figured out by 25.
God didn’t design you to control the outcome. He designed you to trust the One who already knows it.
“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7
That verse isn’t a suggestion. It’s a command. Cast it. Not set it down gently. Not think about it. Cast it — like you’re throwing something off your back that’s been crushing you.
You were built for battle, King. Not for carrying the battlefield.
Save this for the day you need it. Send it to someone who’s carrying too much right now.
