Flashing back a dozen years this week to our 2014 trip to San Francisco where we exhibited at AIC, visited DuPont and Dharma Trading, Thai Silks, and Jacquard way up in wine country. It was a memorable trip with lasting effects and we hope to return one of these days!

Ten years ago, my father, Tom, and I took a roadtrip to the AIC Conference in Montreal. A road trip is where you get the family history in a family business. Usually between rest stops you can count on a gem you’ve never heard between two of the old man’s favorite elevator pitches.
