Dear beloved customers and friends,
Phase 2 has begun for Buffalo and we are here to tell you of our plans to reopen and provide you with the customer service and personalized shopping we have become known for.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have been hit quite hard losing our busiest season, prom. Prom season makes up for roughly 80% of our yearly sales. That being said we will not be able to withstand without it. We are saddened to say that Monroe’s Boutique will be closing it’s doors permanently due to this.
We were unable to obtain any loans or grants to help us through this time.
We will be opening our doors this Thursday June 4th in order to clear out some of our current inventory and give customers with open orders a chance to pick up their items. We will remain open throughout June to continue to clear stock. Our last day of business will be on June 30th. We will also have limited hours during this time which will be provided on a separate post.
We hope to eventually do vendor shows in the future, and if able to we will keep and online shopping presence.
During the month of June we will also have specific criteria for those entering the store:
1. Face masks must be worn or you will be asked to leave
2. Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the store
3. Customers will only be allowed 6 items in the dressing rooms, as each item will need to be sanitized after trying on.
4. Please observe 6- feet distancing rules
5. We will be cleaning and sanitizing every day to keep our store safe and clean
