Why brown?

My is all brown and I love how it makes me feel! Kathy Jumpsuit & Indie Top are a fantastic match together!

But why brown? I love it! Here's why:

Wearing brown in clothing symbolizes stability, approachability, groundedness, and a connection to the natural world.

Psychological Meanings ~

1️⃣Approachability: People tend to view individuals wearing brown as warm, friendly, and non-threatening, making it easier for others to open up.

2️⃣Reliability and Strength: Because it echoes the earth, brown projects a quiet, dependable, and hardworking presence.

3️⃣Calmness: Soft neutral tones help reduce overstimulation, projecting restraint rather than a demand for attention.

4️⃣Seriousness: On the downside, wearing too much brown can sometimes look overly conservative, dull, or unexciting. Because I know this I added a really fun texture top with this jumpsuit to bring the outfit more life. I LOVE THIS COMBO! The texture was the cherry on top.

I just love the comfort, wisdom, stability, simplicity, calm, and grounded nature of this color and I will always recommend it over black any day.
