Yi's Sewing and Alterations My name is Yi. I learned to sew in a Chinese clothing factory, and moved here in 2000 after marriage. STORE OPEN Sunday & Wednesday 10-4pm ONLY.

Dear friends,
Our beloved seamstress Yi will be making an important trip home to China to spend time with her ailing mother. Her shop will be closed from December 28, 2025 until April 5, 2026.

✨ If you have clothing that needs altered before she leaves, please bring it in no later than December 21.
✨ For anyone needing to pick up completed items while she is away, please message here — someone will happily come open the shop for your scheduled pickup.

After 5 weeks of cleanup from Wheeling’s flash flood, Yi is thrilled to reopen today within an even more beautiful space. 🤩
