October 7 is our first Sew Social sponsored by CU Society! Join us on the first Wednesday of each month from 6-8pm at Esoterica in Wheeling. Bring a sewing project you are working on (or have been meaning to start) and enjoy the company of others. We will be there to provide guidance, if you wish, and demonstrate a new stitch each month.

There are so many benefits to sewing, especially in a group! The repetitive motions of sewing encourage mindfulness and improved motor skills, while the projects facilitate individual expression and sustainability. Sew Socials are held to build community and share skills. 🪡🧵

Ready to pull pants out of the closet for fall? We have a limited number of appointments available this week to hem pants 🪡👖

Edgington Studio works to ensure sewing remains a valued, accessible, and empowering craft. We bring this mission to life through educational sewing programs and professional cut-and-sew services.

In small breaks between our production runs where we are producing pieces from scratch in batches of 50 units at a time, we are occasionally able to offer basic alterations before we set our machines up for the next run. We know it's much needed and focus on the most requested basics. 🧵
