I am providing a brief update regarding Crazy sack lady. She remains in the ICU, currently stable, with medical staff gradually reducing her oxygen supplementation. Her condition shows slight improvement daily. The exact cause of her current state has yet to be determined. We appreciate your continued prayers. Unfortunately, she does not keep her phone nearby in the hospital, so I apologize to those who have attempted to reach out. I will ensure everyone is informed when she is ready for visitors or phone calls. Her primary goal is to mobilize, but the medical team is insisting on a physical therapy evaluation before allowing her to leave her bed. She is working diligently towards recovery. Thank you for your support. 🙏

Hey guys quick update on The Crazy sack lady.
She is currently recovering in the ICU and is not yet ready to have visitors. She has a long road of recovery but she is well on her way FINALLY. She did want to make a video for you guys to hear her exact words. She apologizes for not being able to get back with everyone the last couple weeks. She had extremely low oxygen and was trying to recover at home and had been very not herself to say the least. Here you go!

Going forward till I get whatever kind of virus goes on with me Patrick being out a couple days a week is going to have to work..

We will be serving our folks Monday May 25 memorial Day...At noon at 3rd and Topeka..
Our protein and sides have been covered by the Smith They always come in big for our folks..
We're still in need of a few things 200 rolls
200 soda
200 dessert cookies ECT
Snacks we can have on hand either Monday or later
Trash bags
Paper towels
IDK if I will be out Monday If not please give Patrick respect... Hopefully I be back at it soon...

We got out to camps today...
Thank you to our pizza guy for bringing out hot fresh pizza It has become everyone's favorite thing So thankful...
We also had some extra string backpacks full of amazing stuff that some friends had made up ..bug spray socks snacks just a few things I seen..
Was busy but good day

Busy day out ...
Nobody has asked for my two cents but I am going to give you my input on everything that has been said about Open Door and trying to get them to move ...
First I been out there helping our folks for long time even through the lock down when no body was helping..So I have seen the raise of how many people who are homeless know and the cycle of some of our folks who have been housed and back being homeless again ..Some that are so sick mentally are with Drug addicts they can't be housed ...Open Door don't turn people away don't get me wrong they will kick folks out for breaking rules but after so many days they let folks back in on extreme weather I seen them take right back in ...And try to even give folks a sandwich are something even if there kick out ..They truly help ...
Lords Dinner has many of our friends banned for life ....No WAY SAYING NOTHING BAD ABOUT THEM....They have people they got to keep safe and they not only serve homeless they feed alot struggling families....
And that were Open Doors helps at least some still have a place to go grab something..Have a base we're if they get a phone call are some mail they can get ...Some that function better can get a shower are get cloths wash ..
Why would we move that into a place it could close if they get no funding ...
The staff cares too I can call down there and get help if I don't have it are they can call me too...
I am not out there just passing random stuff out ...We're out there for the one who have nobody and are limited on the help they get due to there mental health issues most of the time ...We know who these folks are why because believe it are not we communicate with each other...
