This weekend was one of those moments that makes you stop and reflect. 💕
As a teenager, I fell in love with marketing, entrepreneurship, and building businesses.

I never could have imagined that passion would turn into owning and operating a business that's served Wichita families for the last 17 years.

This weekend, Rhea Lana's of Wichita was recognized with both 🏆 Top Sales and 🏆 Top Sell Thru awards at our annual owners conference.

What an incredible honor.

But the truth is, these awards don’t belong to me.
They belong to every consignor who trusted us with their children's items.

They belong to every shopper who chose to support local families while stretching their own budget.

They belong to every staff member who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make each event a success.

And they belong to this incredible Wichita community that has supported Rhea Lana's for the last 17 years. 💕

I'm incredibly honored, grateful and still just as passionate about this mission today as I was when I started.

Alright Wichita… some of these contest guesses had me absolutely cracking up 😅👏

Let me go ahead and clear a few things up publicly…
I am 49
Too young to be a grandma.
And DEFINITELY too old to be pregnant

But the REAL reason our event moved one week earlier this season is....

I’ll be moving this beautiful girl of mine to college in August. 😭 I can’t believe she was only 18 months old when I started Rhea Lana’s of Wichita… and now, in what feels like the blink of an eye, she's college bound.

Honestly… I’ve been so surprised (and excited!) by how many of you LOVE the earlier dates 🙌 Who knew moving it up one week would create this much excitement?!

Now I need to know…
Should we KEEP our Back-to-School/Fall event this early going forward?? ⬇️

💰 Over 100 consignors made more than $1,000 at our last event.

And the truth is… most of them didn’t do anything complicated.
They simply started setting items aside early.

It was our most successful event ever, and we’re already working on the details for the next one. Event dates and consignor information will be announced next month!

If you’re thinking about consigning, now is the perfect time to start a small “consignment stash.”

• As you rotate seasonal clothing, leave items on the hanger and move them to a spare closet rod.

• Start a Rhea Lana's tote and add toys, shoes, books, etc...as your kids outgrow them.

• Keep all the hangers and safety pins from items you purchased this event. You can reuse them!

• Recruit your friends! We have a generous referral program, and consigning is even more fun together.
