I am in the business of celebrating birth and motherhood and I am a mother of 2 myself. I loved pregnancy and I loved birthing my babies. But making birth compulsory is a gross violation of human rights. I firmly believe pregnancy and birth must remain choices. Those choices should be supported and protected by programs and legislation we so severely lack here in the US. . .

The mission is simple: Mothers in the United States deserve federal paid family and medical leave. The Chamber of Mothers is a coalition to focus on mothers’ rights. We are modeled after the Chamber of Commerce, the largest lobbying block in the United States. The power of 1 million mothers can bring communities together, amplify existing advocacy groups, and demand critical change that lasts. 

The first goal is to assemble through this campaign. Moms brought Congress into this world, and we are combining our power to make change.

2. Contact your state Senator. Based on your zip code, it will automatically send a letter regarding your support for paid leave. It takes less than 2 minutes.
