I once read an article that said “If you want to motivate yourself, give a motivational speech.”

It gave me this ‘Ah Ha’ moment that I wasn’t fully able to process at the time because of the feeling of shame for being exposed.

Maybe all of these posts. These workout videos. These sobriety updates. Visibility Saves Lives- were all really for me.

To help me see myself better. To keep me accountable. To know that I am safe with myself.

And when I get an message or an order, it’s a reminder that nothing is wasted. And nothing is ever in vain.
