A little bit about Miss Bella Boo.

The company was named after our sweetie pie dog Bella. She is spunky, vibrant, and full life. So our pieces that we have are also spunky, vibrant, and full of life and would be a great addition to anybody's wardrobe. Our company believes in giving back to the community. So with your purchases a donation will be given to a charity on behalf of Miss Bella Boo and its great customers. In the past we

have donated to the American Cancer Society, Spina Bifida Association, Autism Speaks and hope to work with more non-profits in the future. Giving back shows that as a people that we can come together for great causes and make a difference. If you have a charity and you would like us to make a donation of the sales during a given amount of time we would be more than glad to work with your charity and help you raise money for your cause. If you have questions or concerns (color, length, size, etc.) regarding a piece, please contact Miss Bella Boo. RETURN & EXCHNAGE POLICY

All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made in writing to Miss Bella Boo via email at [email protected]. Requests must be made within 7 business days of customer receiving the product.

***ALL personalized or monogramed items can not be returned they are FINAL SALES due to the exclusiveness of the purchaser. Refunds are granted on any unworn, unaltered merchandise returned in the original packaging. Colors can be different depending on your computer. We do our best do describe our items. *See Apparel for more details

Exchanges are granted for items of equal value. If any item that is being exchanged is of less value then the original purchase then the difference will be refunded. If the value of the exchanged item is more expensive then the difference in price is to be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping of the returned item. Miss Bella Boo will pay shipping for the replacement item. View measurements for shirts under the shirt tab. Some shirts are fitted some are regular fit. All shirts are pre-shrunk and can be placed in the washing machine INSIDE OUT in cold water on delicate, tumble dry low or hang/lay flat to dry. All items ship out with USPS First Class Mail, however you can upgrade to Priority mail by noting that when you place your order. PAYMENTS

Can be done via PayPal through the Internet. You the customer will receive an invoice and you can pay online. Or you can call in with credit card information and we can process your payment with “Square” our credit card payment vendor. If you would rather purchase using a check, your check must be received and clear before merchandise will be sent out. If a return is made using a check a store credit can only be made. Cash cannot be given upon return of an item paid in Cash/Check. PLACING AN ORDER

When placing an order please send a private message to Miss Bella Boo with the following:

-Item number
-Quantity
-Price
-Form of Payment
-Name, Shipping Address
-Phone Number

Many of items are ordered from our supplier when a customer orders online with us. These items will typically take one week from the time it has been ordered to when it will be shipped. We also have many items in stock that can be shipped immediately. Again, just notify us if something needs immediate shipping and if it is not in stock we will give you a closer time frame to when we can have it shipped to you. However, if the item is in stock it will be shipped out during business hours of the day it was purchased.

*APPAREL

Because all of our t-shirts are made to order, please allow 2-4 business days for your item to ship. If you need an item sooner please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you! If apparel has been washed, worn, and not returned with original tags no exchanges or returns can be made due to each shirt being custom made for you. CONTACT US
