Hello! My name is Jennifer Ryan, and as you may have heard, I have recently purchased Exact Design Custom Embroidery from Joyce Fletcher. I am truly excited to begin this journey of providing you the absolute best in embroidery services. To that end, Joyce has been kind enough to remain on staff for a few months until the business conversion is complete – ensuring a seamless transition for you, the valued customer.

To tell you a little bit about me, I am a Williamson/Rochester area native, a graduate of the Williamson Central School District and of Nazareth College. After having lived and worked throughout the Northeast for many years, my husband and I returned to Williamson in 2010, ultimately purchasing my childhood home to raise our two wonderful children, Jonathan and Emelie.

As always, I am committed to providing you the same great level of service, with attention to detail and timely delivery that you have come to expect from Exact Design. The new shop is located at 6873 Tuckahoe Road, Williamson, NY 14589. Our telephone number and email have remained the same for your convenience. Please feel free to stop by and say hello.

I am excited to say that Exact Design has a new owner! Her name is Jennifer Ryan and she is very nice. The new address is 6873 Tuckahoe Road in Williamson. We are working on getting the phone moved to her cell phone so it will be the same number. Please be patient as we transition and do the training thing. You won't be disappointed.
