🎀 We’re hiring!

Lilac Lane is looking for a part-time Retail + Marketing Associate to join our wonderful team!

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, creative, self-motivated and enjoys working with people. (You also have to like being around the little humans, just incase that isn’t obvious. 😂)
This position is a mix of hands-on boutique retail + the creative side of our brand—so no two days will look exactly the same!

You’ll help with the shop side of things: customer service, sales, merchandising, receiving and organizing inventory, keeping the shop beautiful and running smoothly; and also with the behind-the-scenes, creating social media content, product photos, email marketing and helping promote new arrivals, events + all the fun things happening at Lilac Lane. 🎀

We’re especially looking for someone who:

* Has consistent weekday/daytime availability, plus some weekends
* Is friendly, confident + comfortable helping and interacting with customers
* Is dependable and able to work independently
* Has an eye for style, merchandising + presentation (we help families get styled for family photos!)
* Is comfortable creating social media content and learning new things

Retail, social media, photography, Canva, Shopify or marketing experience is a plus, but finding the right person is most important to us!

We are closing at 3pm today, Friday, Sept 4th due to being short staffed. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will be open Saturday 10am-6pm with lots of cute outfits like this one! 💕

😅Why yes, we did just pick up our six boxes of inventory from our rural post office (we apologize to every person that had to wait for us to load them from the loading dock with the one person that was manning the counter…soooo sorry to the line AND the postal worker)! And now they are sitting on the shop floor because we cannot possibly fit them in the back. The closest thing to the craziness of the holidays for small shops is getting four months worth of that 4th quarter inventory delivered between July-August. 😅
So, don’t mind the boxes if you stop by to shop, we’re working as fast as we can to get these amazing things out on the floor! I just have to tell you, we literally planned every outfit your kiddo needs this season…and we KNOW they’re going to love them!💕

💕Cozy fits but cute enough for photos.💕

My marketing assistant (who does not have her own phone 😂) had to get a mirror selfie in the Everything Set, because when an outfit is this comfy and this cute, it deserves a social media moment. 💃

We have three left, sizes 6, 8, 9. It’s a slim fit pant but runs long, model is wearing a size 7 but she’s normally in a size 8 length.
