We are 1 week out from the Rise For Teachers benefit at Eagles Dare.
We'd like to thank everyone for the messages wanting to know how to donate supplies and even to just know how to help out. This is what it's all about. Love, Community, and support.

We couldn't think of a better way to spend a Labor Day. Loud Punk Rock and great people supporting these amazing educators.

First reminder is about drop off locations for the supplies requested by our friends at the NHCAE as well as the show itself.

We have two locations as of now and plan to add a few more

*Tickets are sold at door. 10.00 for entry. 5.00 with a donation from the list below. (All proceeds go to the NHCAE.

*There will 100% be extra raffle tickets sold. Extra tickets will be 15.00. We will also accept more as a donation to the NHCAE.

*The Raffle drawing prizes are for:

Gift Certificate to the Dead Crow Comedy Room-100.00

Gift Certificate to 20 Orange Spa -facial and massage

*****Looking for more local businesses to donate to the raffle . If you interested please reach out in DM*******

*if you are a part of a local labor union and would like to setup a table to share and or educate about yourselves or a local artist and you would like a table to sell your work and donate a portion of your choice to the cause please reach out in DMs.

A group of Wilmington-area musicians is using the stage to help local teachers stock their classrooms.

The “Rise for Teachers” benefit concert is set for Labor Day at Eagles Dare, with proceeds and donated school supplies going toward educators and students in New Hanover County.

Attention, Comrades
North Carolina’s public school teachers have gone roughly two years without a statewide increase to the teacher salary schedule, even as the demands of the profession continue to grow. (NC DPI⁠) Teachers routinely spend their own money on classroom supplies and resources, while many take on second or even third jobs to make ends meet on top of the enormous responsibilities they carry every day. We are not putting this together to "have a show" and You’re not just coming out to support local music. You’re helping provide direct support to the educators who show up for our kids every single day (we know what our kids are capable of, Am I right?). And there’s even more on the line: two lucky winners will take home large gift certificates. One to Dead Crow Comedy Room and one to 20 Orange Spa.

This week we'll announce a few locations for donation drop offs for the NHCAE. They have humbly mentioned for a few specific items that our local teachers spend a large amount of their personal money on:
Hand sanitizer
Sanitizing wipes
Tissues (for the schnoz)
Paper towels
Until the locations are announced.
If you are in Wilmington. You can message us and we can pick up your donations. If you're out of Wilmington. Send a message and we can give you a mailing address.
