The one cheering everyone else on while quietly forgetting herself in the process.

That’s the woman I created Empowered Siren for.

I started this brand because I know what it feels like to lose confidence in yourself while spending years taking care of everyone else first.

I used to think getting older would mean finally having everything figured out.

That confidence would just… arrive one day.
That healing would feel complete.
That I’d magically stop questioning myself.

But honestly?

41 has taught me something very different.

Most growth doesn’t happen in one big life-changing moment.
It happens quietly.

In the pause before you people-please.
In the boundary you finally stop apologizing for.
In the moment you choose rest instead of proving yourself.
In realizing you don’t actually have to earn your worth through exhaustion anymore.

And maybe the biggest lesson of all?

You’re allowed to become someone new without betraying who you used to be.

A lot of us were taught to shrink.
To over-explain.
To stay agreeable.
To stay digestible.

But this version of me?
She’s learning how to take up space without guilt.

Not perfectly.
Not loudly all the time.
But honestly.

That’s what Anchored & Embodied means to me.

Not becoming flawless.
Not becoming fearless.

Just becoming more yourself.

If you’re in a season where you barely recognize the woman you’re becoming… maybe that’s not a bad thing.

Maybe it means you’re finally meeting her. 💜

I used to say “I don’t even know who I am anymore.”

But the truth?
I was still there the whole time.

Just buried under
responsibilities, expectations,
and putting myself last without even realizing it.

I didn’t disappear.
I just stopped choosing me.

And lately…
I’ve been changing that.

Not in a loud, dramatic way.

But in small, everyday moments:
choosing rest
choosing honesty
choosing what actually feels good

And it’s starting to feel like me again.
