Later this month, I'll be in the space with Limitless Yoga Studio. This will even be a new experience for me as I team up with a yoga instructor that I haven't collaborated with before! This always brings unique openings into the practice and inspires new music and movement to be born.

Even the best version of others can rub us raw at times. Their best efforts seem to be filled with selfish motives, hidden resentment, &/or draining energy. It may be time to reframe relationships, create healthy boundaries, or implement a support system to deal with the dynamic.

In the process, it’s helpful to remember that we’re all related. We are humanity and our state individually is altering the whole. Our personal part can be full of love and understanding for the person while working out the behaviors and boundary changes necessary for health.
