Thank you to everyone who came out for our back door sale on Saturday!

You didn’t let the rain in the morning stop us!! When we moved the entire checkout line to under the main tent for the fat & skinny tire festival, it was a perfect example of not letting an uncontrollable circumstance stop us from serving our community.

Our Community showed up and stayed!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

it was something to watch people shop in the rain and then bring their shoes and items to stand in the tent and wait.

300 pairs of shoes and sandals sold on Saturday!!

I know that the Indy Mini was just last Saturday, but if you wanna get in on next year now, is the time to do it at the cheapest rates possible.

One of the communities that we get to serve as a business is that of other businesses. Cloud 9 was established as a business that hopefully could help serve as example of what a business could look like when Customer experience is the core of the business. Our staff is critical to delivering on our incredible customer experience that is directly drove our growth an impact in our community.

One of the most important assets and responsibilities I have as an operator is our team. Our team is made up of glorious individuals that truly care about helping every single person that walks through the door. The responsibility that I have to each and every single one of them is to prepare them for their futures, no matter what that might be. I know that Cloud 9 is a point on their professional timeline. One that I treat with the utmost respect to educate and equip them for their futures.

For those of you that have been either served by or have gotten to know Ava, you know she is has risen to the top of what it means to be a member of the Cloud 9 team.

Today is Ava’s last day… for now at least… her next chapter is her internship in a ministry position in Fort Wayne for the summer.

Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers and drop a positive comment if you can. She will read them. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Last summer, about 1,100 of our loved customers lost the ability to see text messages of love and our sale events when there was a glitch that started randomly sending text messages at all hours. Obviously that one-time issue was resolved.

However, if you are one of those persons that sent “stop” during that time and would like to receive messages again, please text “START” to 574-505-4770.

You will receive a confirmation message such as:
“You have successfully been re-subscribed to messages from this number…”

With our back door sale fast approaching, I want to make sure everyone that wants to receive those messages can get them.

Due to federal laws, we cannot opt people back in that had opted out that way.

We love our customers and recognize that it’s a privilege to be able to text you. Therefore we do not abuse it.

An 11-year-old from Indianapolis may have just run himself into the record books—and he did it by dropping his own dad mid-race.

Ben Dick clocked 1:20:14 at the IU Health 500 Festival Mini-Marathon, a time that not only left his dad trailing behind after the 7-mile mark, but also put him within striking distance of the reported world best for his age group. According to his dad, they were on record pace through seven miles before Ben surged ahead, turning what started as a shared race into a solo breakout performance.

“I knew the day would come,” Ben said after the finish, casually acknowledging the moment he’d officially outkicked his father. Whether the time holds up as an age-group record or not, the performance—and the confidence behind it—offers a glimpse of what could be a very fast future.
