1. Please place your orders in a timely manner, Last minute orders will result in a rush fee.

2. Please pay your invoices in a timely manner. I don’t start on your order until it’s paid in full. Processing time is between 3-14 BUSINESS DAYS which depends on your order size and details. Order is not placed until PAYMENT is made. I DO NOT DO DEPOSITS OR HALF PAYMENTS unless I specify for that item. Invoices need to be paid in FULL once order is placed.

3. There are only 3 ways to get your order. Pick up at the location I say or shipping. I do deliver for a small fee. If order is not picked up in a timely manner a holding fee will be applied.

4. I only accept: Zelle, Cash App, invoices, Applepay,

5. Once your order is ready I will always let you know when it’s ready for pickup with a time or shipped with tracking information. Please do not contact me to check on your order.
