Today at Moon Dreamz! Sun 10/18
Join Alana for a Sacred Healing Experience centered around Ancestral Healing and Releasing What No Longer Serves Us. Together, we will create space to explore and gently let go of patterns and traumas that may have been carried through generations.
Together we will work with themes such as poverty mindset, unworthiness, fear, limiting beliefs, and other inherited patters that may continue to impact our lives and relationships.
This is an invitation to honor where we come from while choosing to create a new path forward – breaking cycles, releasing what is no longer ours to carry, and making space for healing across our lineage.
Please bring:
a yoga mat or towel
pillow
light blanket
journal and something to write with
Please make a “Love Donation” to our Altar of Love – Very Appreciated!
An open heart and a willingness to release
An intentionally prepared elixir will be created and shared during our time together as part of the healing experience.
Come as you are. Leave with more space, clarity and a connection to yourself and your lineage
