This pine bowl is the culmination of countless hours of fine detailed woodburning, and a true labor of love for my favorite place , the north woods of Maine. It's filled with the critters and landscapes that make this place I call church so special. There's so much to see , so take some time to truly appreciate it! These two relief carvings were featured at the Annual Maine Moose Lottery in Acton Maine. They were done in collaboration with a good friend, Ralph Nugent who brought his ability to capture the element of movement in the designs, as well as beautiful painting in the snowscape. Each carving tells a story and would make fantastic conversation pieces These are carved, woodburned and painted works of art that represent many hours of laborious work. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do!

These are a couple of my favorite pieces that I will be bringing with me this weekend to Acton, Maine for the annual moose lottery..
