My favorite of the new gift sets I am offering - "Thank You, Old Oak" & Owl Finger Puppet - This is one of our new releases and I just love this book.

It's about and old big oak tree that falls and how all the living creatures around it react and continue to benefit. I choose the owl puppet to go with this book because you see the owl the most of all the animals featured. Owl is there at the beginning right before the tree falls. Shows up again in the middle as the squirrels are investigating and flies off a the end to find a new home.

Includes endnotes about oak trees, tree rings, and the forest ecosystem

The book is beautifully illustrated and recommended for ages 6-8 yrs old but I think it could definite appeal to those a bit younger and older than that age range.

The set is with hardcover book and owl finger puppet is $30. It makes a wonderful gift for any child.
