On today's episode of the Send N' It Podcast we sat down with Carrie Willhoff, CEO of and the fastest female driver in the USCA.
Carrie began drag racing at the age of sixteen. She grew up in Sonoma, CA, fifteen minutes away from the raceway. The time she spent there instilled the desire to win; it's what kept bringing her back. She's been competitively racing (and beating) the guys ever since.
Carrie got into autocross by attending an event that her now husband, Rich was putting on through his Corvette Club. She fell in love with the sport and she and her husband continue to race together throughout the United States.
After working in the fashion industry for over 10 years, Carrie founded Racechick in 2016. Racechick is a race apparel line designed and created for women, by women. Racechick recently launched "FIERCE" a full line of women's safety racing equipment that includes fire suits, gloves, shoes, and soon they will be releasing helmets.
Her mission at Racechick is to empower and encourage the participation of women in the racing community, by providing quality apparel to all.
