❤️ SOME TRADITIONS STAY WITH US, EVEN AS THINGS CHANGE. Change is a natural part of growing and evolving as a small business. Sometimes those changes are about finding new opportunities, and sometimes they're about taking care of the people who have spent years taking care of us.
At Expert T's, this next change is a little bit of both.
December 18, 2026, will be the final day to place an order for a new letter jacket through Expert T's.
This is a big change, and one we haven't made lightly. But there's a very special person behind this decision, and we think she deserves a little recognition.
❤️ MEET LINDA HORST. If you've purchased a letter jacket from us over the years, there's a good chance Linda's handiwork is part of your family's memories.
Linda began making letter jackets for our community in 1989 at Pierce's Sporting Goods in downtown Wooster.
In 1997, Kelli began her career at Pierce's, and that's where the two began working side by side.
Nearly three decades later, through years of changes, countless jackets, and more memories than we could ever count, they're still working together.
But somewhere along the way, Linda became so much more than a coworker.
She's become family.
She's one of those special people whose presence, experience, and dedication have helped shape the heart of Expert T's. The kind of person you can't quite imagine the place without.
And after 37 years of helping students celebrate their accomplishments, we think Linda deserves the opportunity to slow down a little and enjoy more time for herself.
Sometimes, doing what's right for the people who make your business special means making a change. This is one of those times.
❤️ WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR OUR LETTER JACKET CUSTOMERS? December 18, 2026, will be the final day to place an order for a new letter jacket through Expert T's.
ALREADY ORDERED A JACKET? NO WORRIES! If you've already placed an order and haven't received your jacket yet, rest assured that all existing orders will be completed. This change will not affect jackets already on order.
HAVE A JACKET YOU PURCHASED FROM US PREVIOUSLY? For the time being, we'll continue offering decoration services for letter jackets previously purchased through Expert T's. We know those jackets tell an ongoing story, and we want to help you continue telling it.
AND WHAT'S NEXT FOR EXPERT T'S? More of what we've always loved doing!
Screen printing, embroidery, custom apparel, and helping our local schools, teams, businesses, and neighbors bring their ideas to life.
We're continuing to evolve, but our commitment to our customers, our community, and the people who make Expert T's what it is remains as strong as ever.
We're proud of where we've been, excited about where we're going, and incredibly thankful for everyone who's been part of the journey.
Some things change. Our appreciation for this community never will.
