Amiah Grace, you are special and unique beyond words and everyday I am immensely grateful that you chose me to be your Mama. Creating jewelry is my happy place. I’m getting back into that creative space after losing my Daddy. This is everything I’ve made before things changed. He always loved everything I made, I would love to hear his thoughts when I showed him what I created. Growing up he always brought my mom and my sisters and I earrings from artists at the conferences he would go to. He would ask them about their story. If the artist was raising babies on her own, he would buy a handful of pairs from them. He never just talked the talk, he walked it too. He showed us all the way to be. I love you, Daddy. I know you’re still here. I miss you so, though.
