Work in progress… and the sparkle is only getting started. ✨🏑

Field hockey ribbons on the table, rhinestones lined up, colors coming together — we’re mid-creation and I already know these are about to shine on the field.

There’s something satisfying about the process. Measuring. Placing. Pressing. Making sure every stone is secure enough to handle a full sprint down the sideline. No shortcuts. No loose sparkle.

These aren’t done yet — but they’re well on their way to game-day ready.

The Sparkle Lady (Celeste’) is stepping away for a moment… because even the ones who pour into everyone else have to pause and heal. 💖

Surgery isn’t glamorous. It’s humbling. It’s quiet. It’s surrender. But strength isn’t always loud — sometimes it looks like hospital bracelets and deep breaths.

She’ll be back soon — resting, recovering, and trusting the process. The sparkle doesn’t dim… it just recharges. ✨

After Calm Palms, we don’t just clean up glitter and paper.

We ask the kids how it felt.

Every student fills out a short reflection survey — not a test, just a check-in. Did they learn a new way to calm their body? Do they feel more confident handling big feelings? Would they use it again?

The answers matter.

Because when a child says, “I feel more in control now,” that’s not fluff. That’s skill-building in real time.

We use their feedback to strengthen our workshops, track impact responsibly, and ensure our programming is doing what it’s meant to do — helping empower them.

Data tells a story.
