GOD’s Grace 2nd Corinthians 12:9 states GOD’s undeserving kindness is enough to help believers through any difficulty, as HIS power is made perfect in weakness.
Good morning, I am a 61-year-old male who maintains an active lifestyle through regular participation in golf, surfing, and daily gym visits when feasible. About two months ago, I started experiencing left knee discomfort, characterized by soreness on the inner side of my leg. I attempted to address this issue through various stretching exercises to loosen the area. I found myself having some free time on a Friday and took advantage of it by going to the golf course to hit some range balls. I hit a few small shots to get the timing right. I decided to go all out on the next shot, when I hit the ball I knew it was good hit, then I realized my left knee was in pain, like I couldn’t put any weight on it. When I got home my wife put me in my office chair and wheeled me around the house. I ordered a brace from Amazon that would stabilize my knee. It would be 2 months before I could get an MRI. We planned to go back to VA. for Thanksgiving. Our plans were to stay for a week, to see my grandson play in a soccer tournament and celebrate Thanksgiving with our Va. family. The first day of the tournament was cold and raining. I stood up most of the games, since the seats were wet. We went back to the room and normally I wouldn’t be a happy camper about the situation but I didn’t say a word. The next day they win the championship, it was awesome to see him with his mates take home the trophy. The rest of the week was about family time and trying to rest my knee. We get back home and I am scheduled for surgery on the 4th. The doctor made two incisions in my knee, fixed the tear in my meniscus and cleaned out some cartilage. When we got home fron surgery my wife wheeled me in the house with the office chair and got me in the bed. After waking up I was using a crutch under my right arm to assist me in walking, I woke up yesterday and noticed no crutches necessary, I could walk without assistance and this morning it feels even stronger. I know this is a long read but the picture had to be painted so you could understand what the artist did for me. AMEN!
