All other items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or if shipped, 14 days upon receipt of the package. All items must be in original condition and must have all original tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed or missing tags will not be considered for exchange. If shipping, MMB is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered. If you decide to mail item(s) back without discussing the issue with any MMB Team Member, the item will then become a final sale. If you are shipping an item back for exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from MMB. All jewelry and hats are a final sale due to the health codes. If there is a hole or defect in the material, you must let us know upon 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be up to the owner or manager after the item has been inspected. After the 7 days we will not accept the item back. ITEMS THAT GO ON SALE:
If you have purchased an item that within 24 hours of the purchase, it goes on sale, we will adjust the total to the sale price. Beyond that time frame, we will NOT adjust any orders to the sale price. SPECIAL ORDERS:
Special orders can be made on certain items. I ask that they are paid for in advance. If for some reason, I cannot get the item for you, you will then receive a full refund.
