Piedmont Kennel Club is Alive and Well, still having classes (Handling classes on Wednesday) and activities on our property. There are specialty & coursing events planned.

Yes, we have accepted an offer to sell the property and Charlotte Dog Training Club has a different location where they are holding classes.

The KC will have the current property and facilities until all of the Buyer's milestones and obligations are met... this could take many many months.

We once the milestones are met and a closing date is firm, an announcement will be made.

When is a new facility coming? Once $ are in hand, we can move forward with purchase and construction of new. [We cannot spend $ until we receive $.]

The plan is to remain reasonably close to our current area but that cannot be decided until the above is satisfied.

Rumors or speculation are not helpful.
