Maduros- this dish was created off the cuff on a hazy evening by our cofounder and chef. It was an instant hit! His mother however didn't know why on earth you would add toppings to maduros which traditionally are a side to any meal. After over a year he tricked her into trying it by saying it was a mistake, now his mother has to order it everytime she comes in!
Cheers to her for trying new things!

Maduros served with chorizo, queso fresco, crema, and cilantro. Guaranteed to hit all the major taste groups and become your new favorite!

This week we're featuring The Leftover taco. Inspired out of our chef and founder's late night raids through his mom's fridge. These guaranteed staple leftovers when combined create this incredible taste bomb and joy as you chomp through it.
