Transmission Upgrade Feedback – VinFast Theon

After upgrading to the MREV sprocket set combined with the EZRAI XR Nickel O-Ring chain, the improvement in smoothness and overall riding stability is immediately noticeable.

The highlight is the MREV front sprocket, CNC-machined from SCM440 steel, delivering high mechanical precision. The sprocket fits tightly onto the shaft, with extremely accurate spline tolerances that minimize play and provide a more solid and stable power transmission.

In real-world use, many riders reported that the OEM sprocket tends to develop play or unwanted noise over time. After switching to the MREV sprocket, these issues are resolved almost instantly, resulting in a smoother and more refined riding experience.

Workshop Service Available – Ready to Support Riders Anytime 🔧

Today we handled a rush upgrade service to help our customer get the bike ready in time for a trip back home. During disassembly, we encountered an unexpected issue with a broken threaded insert that required careful extraction and precise reworking. Despite the complication, the job was completed properly and delivered on schedule.

Upgrades and replacements:

EZRAI
• 15T S45C CNC Front Sprocket: 115,000 VND
• X-Rider Nickel O-Ring Chain: 520,000 VND

MREV
• Dart Model Rear Sprocket, Ultralumin 7000 Series CNC: 850,000 VND

All components were installed and aligned at the workshop, including drivetrain inspection, chain alignment adjustment, concentricity check, and proper torque tightening to ensure smooth performance, durability, and riding safety.

Whether it is a quick installation or a complicated repair case, we always do our best to support riders and deliver bikes in the best possible condition.
